It is extremely fitting that this Women’s Month we have the pleasure of announcing the promotion of Micole Martens to General Manager Laboratories. This appointment brings female representation in the Leadership Team to over 50%.
Micole further makes history being our youngest GM to date, starting with the company in 2010 as an intern. She is passionate about providing solutions and high performing quality service and has over 11 years’ laboratory experience with various sample matrices, including groundwater, surface water, potable water, soil, sludges, waste and marine samples.
Micole will focus on delivering outstanding laboratory services to various industries as well as expanding our accredited services and environmental testing offering, being true to our commitment of being a world-class environmental laboratory. High quality results, quick turnaround time and convenient selling solutions are furthermore strong drivers of her vision for the growth of the laboratory.
