We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to support the execution of a turnkey project in Marikana, North West. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate on-site mechanical and electrical construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role also provides technical support to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project execution in EPC and EPCM multi-disciplinary industrial environments
- Computer Literacy in relevant project and business management packages
- Knowledge of procurement mechanisms.
- Knowledge and technical ability for installation leadership of Water and Wastewater plants and equipment will be advantageous.
- General knowledge of engineering sciences and technology applications in the water and wastewater treatment fields will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SHE and Quality assurance methodologies and practices
- Project Engineering and Project Management Skills including understanding contract associated processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Speaking Afrikaans will be advantageous.
