Enabling Smart Water Quality Management at a global beverages company with Talbot’s Integrated Solutions

To support a global beverages client in meeting their water quality and compliance objectives across multiple African sites, Talbot has delivered an integrated solution combining specialist hardware and a centralised digital platform.

As part of this solution, Talbot’s Product Sales and Maintenance Team supplied and supported the installation of autosamplers across the clients key African sites. These autosamplers are vital in ensuring consistent and automated sampling of effluent discharge, significantly improving the reliability and traceability of compliance data.

To ensure these devices operate optimally, the PS&M team:

  • Facilitates on-site installation and retrofitting.
  • Provides ongoing maintenance through Talbot’s Maintenance Management System, enabling real-time service tracking and alerts.
  • Ensures quick turnaround on spare parts and breakdown support via Talbot’s supplier partnerships.

Complementing the hardware, Talbot developed and deployed the TalbotAnalytics platform specifically for the client. This powerful digital tool pulls data directly from the autosamplers and other site instruments, consolidating water quality data into a single, easy-to-use dashboard.
