Project Description

Installation of the water treatment plant is designed to treat dewatered mine water to produce up to 6000kl of potable standard per day. The WTP includes all pipework, connections, RO and UF equipment as well as electrical MCC and FCP’s. Talbot is responsible for ensuring sampling, monitoring, and performance checks are conducted timeously, together with the trending and interrogation of data, delivery of chemicals, and reporting and client feedback.

Project Value Add

The process train will achieve the required water quality standards (SANS 241) as well as cost saving by reducing municipal WATER demand and recycling within the plant.
