Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to oversee maintenance strategies and asset management across multiple water and wastewater treatment plants at our client sites nationwide.
This individual will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, coordinating spares and maintenance planning, and spearheading problem-solving initiatives.
The ideal candidate will develop maintenance budgets, CAPEX plans focused on equipment replacements and upgrades, and training programs and will ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Additionally, they will implement reliability engineering principles to optimise equipment performance and longevity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Trade-tested artisan or equivalent Engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance planning and execution/equipment history and spare parts inventory and consumption.
- Exposure to predictive maintenance programs and condition-based monitoring systems.
- Experience developing and executing CAPEX plans.
