Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with all levels of the business and drive HR initiatives to support business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
- Registration with SABPP is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
